Working mode of UPS power supply in computer room

The UPS power supply in the core computer room supplies power for important loads, which can not be ignored. 1. Normal operation mode (working power supply): when the working power supply is normally input, the rectifier will convert AC to DC, supply it to the inverter, and then output to the load.

2. Standby mode (DC power supply): when the working power supply is abnormal, the DC power supply can quickly replace the rectifier to provide DC input for the inverter. Therefore, the output AC of inverter conversion will not be interrupted. Therefore, the load connected to the output can be well protected.

3. Standby power mode (bypass power supply): when the frequency converter is in an abnormal state, such as high temperature, short circuit, abnormal output voltage or overload beyond the receiving range of the frequency converter, the inverter will automatically stop working to prevent damage. If the bypass power supply is normal at this time, the static switch will switch to the standby power output of the load.

4. Maintenance bypass mode: when the UPS power supply equipment in the machine room needs routine maintenance or needs to replace the power supply of the power plant and the output cannot be interrupted, the user can stop the frequency converter and then turn off the maintenance bypass air switch. Then disconnect the rectifier and the standby bypass air switch. In this way, the AC power supply to the load will not be interrupted in the switching process, but there is no AC or DC power supply in UPS except for the output transformer, which can effectively ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
